For the odd job would a petrol 130/150 bar machine do a professional job on the odd drive/block paving?

Yep ..if it was matched with a reasonable flow 11lpm+. Just might take a while longer. I have a couple of decent machines for sale in the classified section on here.

I have a 5.5hp with 11LPM pump too for sale. Pump has gearbox. I want £300 for it with a 10m hose and lance.
It's set up to suck from a barrel or tank with a bypass hose off the unloader.
