How does gardiner one match up to shurflo one? If it's the shurflo that I'm thinking of (3 or 4 speeds governed by button press with button underneath the main body) then the current Gardiner offering is in a different league. The current one is the best I've come across. The handle is moulded on the backpack body (not as part of the lid like a prior model), the control of the flow rate is precise and there is even a switch that allows high or lower flow - great when you want an extra boost without altering the numpty's setting. It even has a guage to show how much charge is left in the battery. This backpack takes the best bits of the two previous Gardiner backpacks and puts them into one unit. It's just as well really as I have been totally reliant on it for 5 weeks now while my van and system are in the garage.
