Trolley systems
« on: December 22, 2014, 04:07:36 pm »
Not for me but someone I know is looking to convert part of his trad round to using a trolley. Obviously I've told him to look at van mounts etc but he's set on a trolley.

I don't know his TDS but i think it will be low like mine (040 ppm).

I know nothing about trolleys having always had van mounted systems.

So what's his options? Who's trolly systems are highly rated and who's are a load of crap?

Depends what sort of work he wants it for.  If he's happy to use a hose reel, a trolley can often be used as a mini van mount.  Obviously loose containers would be needed too.

No hose reel. Just a trolley that transports barrels and has a pump etc.

i know there customers service can be crap or it has been for me but i would say the x-line trolley

sold mine being of the year and wish i never at times, the great thing about it which is better than the purefreedom trolley is that you can take the battery out without dismantling the trolley to get to it

Sorry to jump in on the thread.  The pure freedom trolley set ups, does anyone know where you find any for sale, that are ready to go, I am looking for one and have about up to £250 on a 2nd hand set up, I think they are about £400 new so that should cover it, but proving hard to find any, or any other trolly set up that maybe good for that price 2nd hand or new.

Thanks.....

I had this for about 2 to 3 years never let me down once and I preferred the handle been telescopic rather than fold away of purefreedom trolleys.
