Pulled up today and car on drive .... lady of house comes out and says nice to finally meet ... she is off on maternity leave ... says you do a really good job and we know you have been when we come home from work as there sparkling.

It really is, isn't it?  I have all the notes that people have put in with their cheques along the wall in front of me.  I like to look at them when admin gets me down.

I do a lot of Redrow in ewloe
Crystal clear have got the odd one here and there but i rarely see them
I get a bit bored sometimes doing the same type of houses and I'm glad to get out on my rural stuff for a change

I put one up today from £30 to £35, you would have thought I had put my do dar in his wife's handbag.
It had been that price for 8 years is what I told him when he asked why.
I am expecting a not so nice comment when he's next due.
