I only accept tea/coffee on long jobs. I am usually finished by the time they make it pn day to day stuff!

I just love the cooler weather full stop as I can get more work done without burning out.
Plus with the darker nights there's less chance that my customers will notice how crappy a job I do.

I'm the same as you, if they offer me instant coffee I consider dropping the customer.

I'm considering stating my coffee options on my receipts similar to payment terms: "We only accept filter, cafertier, espresso or filter coffee"
