Thanks for the information guys about the insurers, having not made a claim before I have to be honest and say that I was not 100 sure, so just accepted what I was being told :-\

I'm not too sure that "Disaster Masters" on TV will be good for ChemDry getting more carpet cleans.....

After all, they show chemdry operators walking through all kinds of %&*£ and %&*? to deal with really messy jobs.

Would you want them in your nice clean house if they have just come from that kind of job?

Good PR, or a home goal?

Insistent she may, but can she prove it! Noted time restraint! :D

After any take over the dust has to settle before change! Believe they brought into a cc franchise not an ff one, so the golden goose can pull the rug at any time. As a business person always do right for the share holders, then increase my salary and what ever!

Re rainbow that doesn’t surprise me. There vans have only a small logo on them so it won’t cost much to change them. ;D

Missed the last one, not that I watch any of that type of programs now!  But an ex ff friend told me about it, some thing about a ceiling scare mongering or ripe off. 8)

Once told no such thing a bad publicity, bad experience yes. :-X
