Vivaro 2004 reg has done 149 867 miles and the gearbox smashed to bits last night on the way home from picking up an amp i won on ebay in bradford , got 5 miles from home and bang

I was expecting something like this with the mileage age and reputation of the van but was hoping to get to spring before i changed van
I bought the vivaro for £2400 at 108000 , so for under £800 a year ive done ok, but the last year ive had endless problems and feels like ive changed every sensor and part on it !

Anyway i've took the plunge and got a 63 plate transporter on the way now, the  wife works with me now so only need one vehicle so figured we might as well have a nice one , planning camping trips round europe to so it will be used for hols as well

Time to canvass hard to meet the monthly payments
Only 3percent finance to!

Does not matter to a point on the interest rate as the interest on loan repayments can all  be offset against tax liability , Plus you may not be paying any tax for 2-3 years depending on whether you stretch the capital expenditure across a number of years . Mike

you dont pay tax on it true
but the other 70% still comes out of my pocket

otherwise we'd all go get a loan from wonga and pass it onto hmrc
