Hi Guys, i would be 95% certain its a heavy duty PVC awning as they are the most popular built around an aluminum frame, if they are heavily soiled they have to be cleaned manually, we have found the most effective way is to use magic eraser pads again impregnated with a safe solution and agitation to achieve best results, not trying to be smart in recommending not to use high alkaline chemicals on these PVC surfaces as they can and will leave etch marks if your not extremely careful, trust me on this one as we have cleaned many of them over the years, just explain to the customer the extra cost you need to charge for deep cleaning to bring it back to optimal results, and if they agree to have it cleaned on a regular basis it can be very cost effective as you can use a much quicker method, we also promote a Nano based protector which can be applied after they have been cleaned and dried, once this coating has been applied it makes future cleaning so quick and easy.
