ive had ladders blow over in the wind when ive been on a flat roof leaving me stranded!ive also fell off twice and landed on my heels when ladders gave way and slipped. ::)roll

luckily i was ok apart from sore heels and a sore back(second time i fell off).

when i was stranded on the flat roof i lowered myself over the edge so i was hanging by my fingertips so the drop wasnt very high((im 6ft 2in) and let go making sure i landed on my toes not on my heels.

hope you ve not done any serious damage to your heel matt.sometimes you dont know how bad it is until a few days have passed.

i hope you "heel" soon.take it easy mate.
