Thabks for the help anyway but it had low fuel and was parked facing up the bank so the diesel had all ran to the back and was not pumping.
I has breakdown cover they arrived in 10mins put a gallon of diesel in, jump started it and its working a treat now lol

With a fuel level that low the fuel warning light should have been on.

I try to stick to never letting the van's tank drop to below 1/4 in summer and 1/2" in winter.

Success is 1% inspiration, 98% perspiration and 2% attention to detail!

The older I get, the better I was ;)

Honestly the light hadn't been on once... Dont get me wrong the fuel was lowish but should of been at least 50miles left in the tank! Im going to keep it above 1/4 as advised now anyway
