I suppose it depends on the exhaust emmisions and how good ventilation is, if youve ever been in a closed environment when a propane forklift has been working you will know about the smell, Andy

Although not this one I have used similar when I was in the U.S. They or at least the one I used, were brilliant machines. My question would be about the propane. I use a propane heater with the portable that I use and have been told on here that it was illegal to do so. Although I have no idea of what law has been broken. Anyway if it is indeed true then I am sure it would be for this machine too....... In my opinion it is a good idea. Best, Dave....P.S. If we are allowed to use them here in the U.K.  then maybe the days of the toys of cfr's etcetera may well be numbered and so may the arguments of "what about the 15th floor" and "I cant park anywhere" be a thing of the past.

I agree with Andy on this one. If you've ever worked in a factory with propane run forktrucks, it's a nausious smell. as well as this, i would'nt trust an internal combustion engine indoors in this type of machine.

Health and safety, A hot exhaust and indoor air quality, a pressure valve fails spraying hot pressurised solution around the interior and imagine a fuel leak and source of ignition.

You would still physically need to move it into the building, but also you would also need to carry the pipes from the vehicle as well. I would rather run pipes out, presuming they can reach the destination.

I think this type of machine does have a place somewhere, but for someone who employs their own cleaners, and the machine is left on site.

Propane combustion also cause particulate deposits, as has been mentioned just look at the average warehouse!
