If budget allows Steve then I'd get an xjet sprayer. You just attach to a pressure washer and it fires your chosen chemicals up to approx 25ft from ground level, wait 5mins then soft wash off. You can't purchase one from an American seller on eBay
^^^Great if you want to wash down the whole front of the house.
Make your own. Get a 5L sprayer, attach pole hose to the sprayer, run hose up an old pole, use the plastic lance that came with sprayer and push it through a resi neck, attach nozzle on the other side of resi neck and fix lance to pole hose with a JG straight fitting. Get some foam and force that in resi neck to make a snug fit for the lance, so it won't move about when extending the pole or glue the lance in the neck. You need to fix the trigger somewhere along the pole hose. Sorted
