Is it worth a shot?

Hi,
We clean a big office in Portsmouth, over 200 staff and 20,000sqft, (well I think its big lol)
Anyway they are opening a similar office in London and asked if we can clean that one!!
Although I'd love to manage this with staff am I dreaming or is it possible? Any advice would be super, cheers all

Go for it. If they have asked, you have obviously fulfilled their requirements at the current location. Just factor in London costs & something extra to cover visiting on a regular basis & putting in a very reliable manager

Consider subbing it out so you make bit out of it without the hassle
We cover London
And sub the Manchester office out
Stops the big boys taking all the work with
National coverage speal

Go for it. Maybe hire a supervisor who will be able to manage it when you are not there. Its great that you are being offered the work so take it
