I've just finished my first year cleaning for a well known brand who dumped a national chain even though I was "considerably" more expensive.

I did in and out annually including partitions and atrium and the three floor office block exterior every quarter. Not a big contract but several hundred quid in the coffers annually and just under a ton a quarter on top.

Anyway, they renewed the contract for another year; just got the email through.

So that's nice.
