don't you just hate it when you get that micro dirt from sills etc and sits in bristles and ends up on next pane of glass is there a trick or something you do to get the dirt out easy and quick ?

Just rub your hand over the tips of the bristles from side to side for a few seconds.

When every one I know started wfp we used to be so ocd about keeping the brush clean...

Another big myth.Iif your rinsing properly you can work with a minging brush imo
WE CLEAN BY FAITH, NOT BY SIGHT WITH WATER FED POLE WHEN WORKING AT HEIGHT.

I find after rinsing sometimes if you look closely you see micro dirt still I scrub and rinse well and yet sometimes you can see the micro bits that's all so means more wastages of water

I rub the brush bristles on the next window frame but right at the bottom, so i dont have to rinse too much.

I got quickly fed up with all the dirt from the sills on my brush.  I now use a cloth to do the bottom sills.  I keep an old fine comb in the van if I do get bits on the brush though, very handy
