Are you planning on making a wider sill brush Alex, I'm a fan of the ones you do but they would be better if as wide as your other brushes.

Sorry, I didn't see your original post.

This has been asked before and it is a possibility but the cost of tooling for these would be high so would need careful planning.  What width of sill brush would you ideally like?

The problem would be having less bristles on a sill brush if it was an Xtreme.

What made you make them so small anyway?
Width of medium mixed dt would be good so as to cover more glass in less time.

The Sill brush stock width is exactly the same as the Super-Lite DT brush. The bristles are not as splayed though so cover about 2cm less width. Due to the nature of work that these brushes are often needed for with awkward areas etc, it was decided that this was the correct size to be most useful in more areas.

I would not go to the expense of tooling just to increase it by a few cm. If we did a wider version it would probably need to be about 10-12cm wider to cater to those who cover commercial size windows.

My advice would be better quality bristles like the Tecbuk , heavier and more durable type of brush would be better .
Sometimes that extra weight aids with cleaning .
Lightness isn't always the best , I don't say produce a brick of a brush but just more better bristle quality and a brush that lasts longer .

DT super light already does all that.
