Most email clients will not let you attach multiple files all in one go tried sending a 8 minute video recording to a Gundog trainer and file was to big .

I do create my quotes using google drive as i can attach logo etc currently using Windows 8 OS  and never use microsoft outlook or anything else .

I will look into it tonight and see whats what . Thanks Mike

in order to send larger files you would need to compress the file into a zip file. Now the problem you have then is whether they would require to extract files in a certain file format. video files can take special software some don't.
Rar is one file format.

In Scheduling Manager Gemini, by Thoughtful Systems, you can create quotes/estimates for clients, and conveniently e-mail them directly to the client.  Everything is ion one place.  If and when the customer accepts the job, the estimate is easily converted to a job, and then to an invoice.

Mobile interface also available for Apple and Android devices.

Seen as this post has been resurrected i used www.fileshare.com really good service used the free 30 day trail if you have a website they even make your emails bespoke based on your website design .

So when i potential client receives the emailed quote it looks way more professional and the files can be opened without  the recipient needing any specific software .

So if you have a few quotes to send worth taking advantage of the free trail . Mike
