lower waste water tds?

hi guys

im a bit puzzled here as i have a lower tds reading from thr waste water than the poduct water???i have just changed the resin....my system gos di to ro.

That's not right seems like you got your waste pipe going into wrong place lol !!!! Swap pipes around so the lower Tds is going into you statick tank.

That's right pre filters to membrane to Di to storage tank 👍🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧

cheers danny.. but whats got me puzzled is tha my ro is  a merlin with colour coded pipes so they cant get mixed up!!! ??? ???

Mark I don't understand Merlin system but sounds like its defo round the wrong way. Your waste should be quite high. Test the water before it goes into your Di if its coming out your tap at around 350 depending on your area then it should come out after going thru your filters and membranes around between 15 - 33 before going in your Di if its lower then great. 😳👍👳🇬🇧

oh poope ive put it back the wrong way  ;D i have gone di then ro...instead of ro then di..... :-\     its still wierd though that the waste and the product are both at 0001 tds... ???

It will be 001 ppm for both waste and product because you have got 001 ppm going through your RO due to going through the DI vessel first.
If im understanding what you previously said?

Mark it should change when you put it thru the Di after the ro lol !!!
