recreation centre products ?
« on: March 25, 2006, 08:32:09 pm »
Hi All,
Our company is to start a new contract next week cleaning recreation centres, sports halls and changing rooms etc..
If anyone has any advice on some decent cleaning products to use on floors wood and tiled and tiled walls. Preferably with a nice lingering smell.
All tips appreciated

Congratulations and concern.

Finding the products is the easy bit and I suggest you start by contacting Mike at Express Cleaning Supplies who provides this board, enabling you to ask for help and advice.

Your profile does'nt indicate your location, otherwise readers of your post could suggest local suppliers..........however, you can get advice on the phone and next day delivery from most suppliers.

There are many products that will satisfy your client's needs..........and many suppliers of specialist products, which will get better results, but cost more.

My concern, is that you have quoted for what sounds like a substantial contract without knowing what your overhead will be.........

Funding such work, is the biggest concern, as you will have to puschase a considerable amount of chemicals and equipment............but more important..........you will have an immediate wage bill, to be met and will have to wait for payment........

This can often require far greater funding than businesses realise.

best of luck

Hi,
Forgot to mention they will be supplying all products and equipment and have just asked us if there was anything we could recommend that they dont already use.
No concern needed, we are receiving a good income from it after all outgoings.
Were really looking forward to it as apart from man power were not doing much else.
Were based in Manchester by the way, thanks for any advice.
