NO! At such a small difference it wouldn't make any difference whatsoever. In fact, in the trials I've done, pure water is no better than tap water at removing dirt- obviously tap water will leave mineral marks but there is no noticeable difference at removing the dirt from glass. If you notice a difference then it's either a different set of circumstances (which it is anyway) or psychological. 
If it was a different set of circumstances or just a slight difference in the removal of dirt then I would agree that's its
all in my imagination.
But I'm talking about a huge difference in the ease of cleaning.
I know at the end of the day the new resin only takes out the dissolved solids to below 0ppm but is it possible
that it makes the water more absorbent and better at breaking down dirt as well.
Another point is that my R.O. water is 11ppm so what is my new resin reducing the tds by.
How far below 000ppm is it going.
