Pole king: no i can't run hose from my house to garage.
I live in a back to back house (looks like small terraced house from front and has no back)
If i ran a hose it would have to be outside kitchen window along a footpath outside my neighbours house and then across a carpark.
Not meaning to sound sarcastic i will put a photo on here tomorrow evening

Gordon bennet.
Yes static tank in garage.
Good point about submersible pump, ashamed to say never thought of that

NO ELECTRIC IN GARAGE

But i could fit a tap at base of static tank surely the weight of the water would create good flow rate to fill barrels?
As for booster pump i have never used one at my parents and produce 35 litres per hour.
The idea for a tank outside the front door may work.
I have no front garden as such but there is a small patch under my kitchen window that could accomadate a small tank.
So maybe if i had an outside tap installed under kitchen window i could fill a tank and i have an electric point
in an outside broom cupboard this is where our tumble dryer is and some toot

So could power submersible pump.
waste Ro-could plumb into down pipe which runs into the ground and has man made manhole.
All good fun this.
My Ro is ok at parents but worried as they may decide to move once my mum retires next year.
So good to work out the what if's.
Thanks everyone for your input will put some pics on here tomorrow or wednesday to show what my place is like.
