just been offeered a round

Hi guys ive just been offered a round off a friend. 40 houses 3 days work pulling in 300 a month. He said i could have it on tick 200 hundred a month. Hes after 500 for it. Does that seem right?

Only bad thing is the houses are about 2mile from me and i dont drive. I vould keep ladders at a mates house.

Any advice appreciated

£500 for £300 per month of work is a good price but if it's supposedly going to take 3 days work to complete it must be fairly low priced work.

Thats what i thought. Could be too good to be true. Its just off putting cos i dont drive and dont own a bike. Seriously considerin it tho. Apparently theres alot of bungalows. Guna have to av a good think.

why dont you just get a bike then? get one for about 50 quid or even second hand shops

£7.50 a house, sounds ok for a starting off point :)

Yes definitely worth buying at that price if you're just starting out, £100 a day is better than nothing and you can gain experience with these jobs, whilst canvassing for more better priced work to build your round up.
