When you say you worked in a three, one being a 'runner' am I right in thinking you mean like a 'labourer'? Pulling hoses, putting out cones, rolling the fAgs etc?  :D

firstly, Richard does not do "manual", broken nails are not for him :D
secondly, when he says "labourer"" probably means he was ticking of the customers has they were cleaned

and lastly, dont be fooled by the you tube clip on the website of him cleaning windows..............it was a stand in :o

I now await the avalanche  ;)
