Costs were more than I really wanted to pay  :'(

Comes to around £550 PCM inc service charges, tis council owned and run and they do structural stuff etc..  Should the worst ever happen it's a 90 day notice period

Been extremely busy, we work to strict schedules so we have kept everything on track,
Personally haven't had a break for nearly 2 years so we decided on a decent Christmas shutdown.

Nice one Darran, how do you work it out that you get nearly  2 weeks  off as I do commercial of which are done once a month I wouldn't be able to bring forward as it means I only done them 2 weeks ago so all my days are scheduled and we do office cleaning where se don't Finnish until tomorrow afternoon but our works is worked out the end of each month for the start of the month where everyday is chocca. I don't take time off as August time we have about 9 schools to fit in with our already busy months then you get your 6 weekly a 2 & 3 monthlys come in never ending !!! I took on cleaning offices and lorrys to Pickfords where we do Sundays and could of other offices to clean on Sundays. Can't wait to retire lol !!! Have a fab Xmas & New Year Dal & your family 👳👳👳🌲🌲🌲

Cheers mate,

We are 90 percent domestic so everyone is shunted along 2 weeks. This seems to suit most customers,  all our commercial has fallen before or is after this fortnight so they remain unchanged our 'holiday camp/b&b' work take a winter break jan and February

Schools go back on a Tuesday so Monday 6th is good for them and us, just a bit of a shock to the system after lazing about for a few weeks...
