no payment
reminders sent
and calls and texts thoughout the year
today 8 months later her windows are generally dirter with time passing + the back wasnt done since 2012 prolly. she was a front customer but always paid late argued about owing 2x or just once so in July i decided to only give customers 1 clean credit
anyway
today 8 months later she sends a message this is after numerous calls and texts that she ignored in the summer!
"hello,just wondering when you are next in the Area"
"you owe us "£12 from july can you pay this first?"
"Paid"
could have said why has it taken you 8 months to pay but didnt
"great.... so you want your old regular service again of 6x a year?"
now we find out why she wasn't a great payer
"not so often 4x would be good"
"can offer you £12 for 6x or 3 for £18 we dont do 3 monthlys or maybe a one off as and when you like?"
"Great a one off would be perfect lets do that please"
"brilliant so our one off price starts from 2x the regular 2 monthly price so in your case £25 = £50"
house is worth around 1.5-2m
no reply
at least i got my £12
