unhappy customer

Had an email today from a customer who was dissapointed with the result of an armchair and carpet i cleaned for her. When it had dried she said it didnt look any cleaner. When i looked it up in my diary i cleaned it on August 7th ::)roll ::)roll ::)roll
 Unbelivable.

lol, so it really means, I've spilled something or wee wee'd on the chair when I fell asleep watching Chelsea at the weekend, and I'd like it done again.

I had a cracker a couple of weeks ago.

The older lady called me back after 6 months saying that the carpet is ALREADY dirty and that her daughter (she's a NCCCA member...) said that the clean should of lasted longer than 6 months  ;D what do you say to that b******s?

Why didn't she get her daughter to do it in the first place then?

I was being sarcastic about her being a ncca trained lol
