Starting early this year ... had 3 approach me today ... 1st one caught me out as was still half asleep he agreed to monthly ' £12 then gave it "the missus only wants it every 3 months" after job was done ... grrrrrrr 

next two I offered at higher rate (double) for 1st clean then at normal price there after ... they declined

It annoys me that people expect me to drop my regulars who have paid all year just for a Xmas one off!!

Far too busy for one offs.regular or dont bother giving a price unless its for the estate agents minimum price 30 quid

Depends on whether you are over booked or not. I am so will barely be able to get all the regulars done before Christmas, never mind one offs.

We are trying to get all of Decembers work ( even the stuff that is showing to be done 26th to 31st ) done by the 23rd so have no time for one offs full stop! 

It's going to be a hard run up to Xmas this year

I have 4 for this week im no were near fully booked so i just put all the money into my tips pot for a few nights out over chrismas:)

Stick a £50 min first clean charge on it. That soon sorts out the messers
