bio ethanol

can anyone please advise. Is it true that if you add bio ethanol to your pure water it doesnt freeze,doesnt have a tds if so where is the best place to buy it and whats the dilution rate.Any info greatly appreciated

Bio ethanol will be to oily. Its not pure enough more like diesel.

Never heard of people using bio ethanol?  ???
But have heard of isopropyl alcohol (IPA).

It's IPA they use as said above .

But it's expensive for the concentrations required.
