just go to "file" top left
click drop down menu and click "save page as" should save entire file to your pc

I have printed it out and red it on my way to London today, the book is not very good I think, do not want to say that it is rubbish as it has some templates, which might be usefull.

I personally think the books pretty good especially for beginners as the cleaning industry can be disheartening when you get a lot of knock backs and the book gives you a bit of a push to keep going.
The templates are very good too, im gonna give one of them a go and post some out.
Will let you all know if i get any work from it.

I have just recently returned from CARPEX,

Just would like to say that I was really happy to meet Tim who is member of this forum.  At the time of our meeting I nearly forgot to say: “Happy birthday, Tim!”, what I really forgot was to take photograph of us both drinking coffer, which Tim did not forget to buy…   

It was nice to meet someone who you talk over the internet…

 I guess that I have seen Gary…  Gary were you wearing a dark blue jacket and had a vinous notebook? Ahh never mind…

I have met another member of this forum (who usually posts about carpet cleaning issues) and we had a very interesting conversation …

The only problem I had was the internet access too slow, at my hotel, as the result it was too expensive to use 

Overall it was very interesting show, I am very happy that I have spent two days over there…
