Any one had problems with orders?
I ordered stuff last thursday & still waiting.

I will know the next time.The thing is they are only 30 odd miles from me & its still taking a week to get a delivery.

They are under 3 miles from me but don't stock Gg3 so I order online elsewhere.
Handy when I run out of rubber though..

well thats a week ive waited now still no sign of my order. 3 small items to be delivered 30 odd miles & still not here. will be shopping elsewhere from now on.terrible delivery time.

Have you phoned them? Had this before with them, they blamed the courier so sent out a duplicate order, half of which were the wrong items. On another occassion an item was missing from my order and they claimed my order had been double checked and everything was packed, I explained to them I am hardly goin to phone up about a missing item that is only priced at a couple of quid, after a wee sigh they agreed to send the missing item out.

yes emailed them no reply then phoned today they said order was lost by courier. Said its been sent out again & its cost them a lot of money

It will cost them NOTHING,  They just make a claim to courier for the items which they are talking a load of poo.
