Anyone do them as extras as in hoovering etc, been offered in little job to clean inside a show home every couple of weeks. Got me thinking is it worth advertising on my website for this sort of thing, or is it too much hassle

I've binned all but one of my office girls.
Nothing but agro for me.
Very very little margin to be made.
And if one if them is unreliable then you end up arranging last minute cover and losing out.
If your gonna do it yourself that's different.
Or if your Mrs wants a little something...
My advice-don't ask mates. Not good IME.

It would be done by myself at weekends or out of hours, is the insurance the same as window cleaning?

I'm with Gleaming insurance - and their cover includes general cleaning - even oven cleaning!
