do i carry on on my own, or take someone on, or sell a bit
so if i was to employ, which seems to be at the fore of my mind, probably part time say two days a week what would be the best way to employ someone, zero hour contract, flat wage or a bonus system.
Anyone been in this position? how did you get on and was it worth it
