F.A.O Alex Gardiner re: faulty brush
« on: September 09, 2013, 07:36:47 pm »
Any update as to what's happening regarding my faulty brush I bought last week?had to ring up last Friday after the phone call I was promised didn't happen, was told by one of your very friendly staff that I would receive a call today regarding the decision of your technical department , I wonder if you have just decided to send a replacement out which is fine, but the call I was promised to maybe confirm this would have been appreciated.

Cheers

Well as my thread says I've already had to chase them up and after the promised call today didn't materialise ,and it being too late to chase them up again, I thought I'd use this forum ,which I know Alex  uses,to see if he can shed any light on the problem,.
Not my normal method of dealing with this kind of problem but I've paid £329 for my pole and brush so to be honest I'm a little bit niffed!

Well you would say that - you have a Facelift pole  ;D

Gardiners aftersales service is normally superb. I'm sure it will be sorted quickly.

That's your loss in my opinion. Yes there are problems like clamps coming unstuck but I still wouldn't go anywhere else for a pole.

Sometimes it's easy to forget Alex is one man in Cornwall but the business is massive.

The only reason you see anything on here is that it is widely known Alex frequents here and deals with a lot of posts directly and promptly, he is the only supplier brave enough to do that, hence, people post here.

Another reason is, I would imagine his pole sales outstrip his competitors at a huge ratio, 5:1? 10:1? Who knows, but the volume will also see more posts about Gardiners than any others.

Personally been using Gardiners for years, and will only ever use them. Why? Firstly, the product is the best out there, secondly, customer service.
