george help please

when i do a finance report on george, i have commercial work,residential work and a unknown? at £10
probably a mistake from me, how to delete this unknown?

you must of set up a type of cleaning or round called unknown

going into SYSTEM
then  JOB TYPES
then double click on UNKNOWN
then DELETE

If there is ever a problem with George that you can't fix ask Paul from George to help you.

If you send a back up to his files on the internet, he can retrieve it and examine it for you. If you don't, then email him a copy of your backup file and tell him the problem, ask him what you did wrong and what you should do to rectify it.

We used to do that quite often in the early days when George was being developed, but we haven't done it for years now tbh.
