New equipment needed for builders cleans
« on: August 19, 2013, 08:43:24 pm »
I'm in the process of renewing a lot of my business.

2 new vans, all new window cleaning equipment, workwear etc.

I'm kind of old school with the cleaning - brushes, mops, cloths, etc for new build construction cleaning - the methods haven't cost us any work but feel I could be speeding things up.

Could anyone recommend some new equipment - we currently use numatic vacuums.

Would an industrial steam cleaner work for tile cleaning, sanitary ware and toilets etc?

Any modern appliances that will help speed our process up welcomed

Thanks.
David

I find the better your kit the more business you get, i make a point of telling the client what i have and how it will benifit them, even though you cant beat a good mop and bucket lol

If its traditional cotton string mops you are using the best advice I can give you is to throw them in the nearest bin as they are one of the most useless tools used within our industry.
Some people class them as CFU mops other people class them as AFU mops.
If you are using cotton cloths you will get the same results as the mops.
