I had first hand experience of Brodex customer service a few weeks ago. I won't go into details - just say that it fell short of what I would expect of a professional supplier.
I sent an email outlining my complaint, and received one back by return from John Beattie, senior account manager with a full apology and a promise of two free poles of my choice as recompense. The poles arrived a few days later.
It pays to complain - politely but forcefully and hopefully will spur them on to improve their service and ultimately their image.
