backlinks to other windys websites?

Hi All
if i want to place other window cleaners websites on mine, i think its called a backlink how do you do it.
do you need a code or a widget.
im not looking to start anything its more for a couple of local cleaners who offer other services that i dont and backlinks i believe get you up the rankings

so any good advice accepted

I was under the Impression that with the new
Way google is set up things like back links
Would harm your google ranking instead of helping

The backlinks thing can still be made to work if you do it right - but you need high quality backlinks that are relevant to your site. Links from other windy's sites will be relevant, but their sites prob get so little trafic that Google will class them as low quality & because of this it could adversely affect your own rankings.

Links from local business directories are usually the easiest & safest options, and links from human verified search engines are worth looking into as well.

It's a search engine that manually verifies links as opposed to one that uses software which may result in bad or broken links.
The pen is mightier than the sword (and a lot easier to write with!)
