errrr hold on a min.

our vans have that system, I kitted them out for half the price by getting everything from ebay. They work very well and we have had no problems with them since putting them in last december. we can have the water so hot you cant put your hands in front of the jets.

the hidden cost of hot is changing every connector, hose brush ect to cope with hot water.

I'm just curious.

When you install one of these water heaters does it buggar up your insurance??

And just how safe are they??

I mean, if we have a gas appliance installed in the house we have to have a "Gas Safe" fella in to do it so how safe are these things if you're all installing them yourselves???

I like the idea of hot water but I like the idea of staying alive more ;)

I have all the same questions but I don't like the idea of spending 3k to get an all singing all dancing Hot box..

its classed as portable so doesnt need to be installed by a gas safe engineer, same as a bbq, camping gas stove etc etc

im insured with A plan, no problems with insurance

flue kit from ebay through the roof.

no problem with insurance. I also put carbon monoxide detectors in the van cabs and fire extiguishers.

19kg propane is strapped to the tank frame. boiler is wall mounted on ply

good advice. Is it just a general flu kit or is it a caravan setup or what should I be searching for..

this is one of the videos ive done for hot water systems. right at the start you can just see the mushroom vent of the flue sticking out the top of the vans. Yes its a caravan type. just look on ebay theres loads and the exact same one reach to clean sell which is the ones we have.
