DI Fill level
« on: July 05, 2013, 03:40:14 pm »
Is there an optimal level to fill a DI vessel to?
I have just acquired a 24L vessel and I want to get the best out of it. If I was making home-brew and filling Beer canisters I would fill to the bottom of the round shoulder, this would allow for the extraction spear in the lid and general expansion.

Is it the same with a DI ?
