cleaned a house yesterday windows looked like it never been cleaned in along time.
white frames had black marks on probably from rubber seal where someone had cleaned them before.
anyone know how to remove them scrubbed hard but no good.

CIF maybe but I personally use a Brillo pad but use lightly
