just out of curiosity what would you charge to empty someone gutters on a 3 bed semi ? ( guttervac or ladders )
and what would you charge to cosmetically clean the fascias soffits and gutter of a 3 bed semi ?

what do YOU discount if they want both?

really depends on how busy I am. £80 for both 3 hours I would be fairly happy. Gutter vac and wfp gutters. Its hard work though

average house here is round about £35 per side, any less and its not worth the hassle.

i dont clear gutters generally although i have relented on very well priced jobs if gutters are easy to reach with ladders.

for a basic soffit/fascia/outside gutter clean on a smallish 3 bed semi would be £50 and take me around 45 mins.why some of you guys take hours is beyond me!! ::)roll.that would include garage door if they have one.then i would clean the windows.

so for this work id be hitting £50-£60 an hour.

in fact i have one to do this week on a compact estate of 90+ houses i clean monthly.ill plug into customers outside tap with extension hose.spray with virosol first then scrub, scrub, rinse, rinse.JOB DONE!

her neighbour had hers cleaned last month for the same price and was very pleased!i always book them in next time i clean their windows.

i charge a premium because its harder work and takes me away from my regular window cleaning work.good bolt on jobs! ;) :) :)
price higher/work harder!
