Personally can't use the carbon goose necks for domestic houses I like to change the angle for uppers and lowers and when doing doors so use angled plastic goose neck
I do like the carbons for 3 storey and higher work and use the 55 degree version for which they are superb

If its pointing too high then you're stood too close for that angle gooseneck
Thanks,

55 degree for under 30 feet so it says on gardiners website.

i find them great better than plastic goose neck really gets into the big ledges easy. i think the 55 degree angle is great on most work sometimes its at the wrong angle when reaching above conny roofs but its easily work around

I personally prefer the 55 degree version for everything. In fact the new Quick-LoQ carbon goosenecks only have the 55 degree version.

A lot will depend on what you have gotten used to. I started off with Omnipoles which had a 45 degree angle and thought that this was best - until I tried 55 degree and now much prefer it.

We are working on the new mind-reading order software which will instantly work out not only what a client wants to order but will also work out what they will prefer working with 2 weeks down the line - it's going to save our clients and our sales team an awful lot of time and hassle  ;D

The Standard 10" size is available in either 45° for poles up to 30ft and in 55° for poles used primarily over 30ft.
