well i was interested in this round until

this round was listed up on gumtree a few weeks back, i emailed him for some basic details and never heard back.

so this morning i see it listed up on ebay, and thought could still be a possible. until he added the section at the bottom.
out of my price range now.

Lol mans living in a dream world. Id sell up 2moz if i got 10x offered to me and then build up again from scratch in new areas!.

got 7 times on some quality compact work in Chester last November .... 70 house and a pub ... i was slightly happy at that  ;D

Rounds are worth what someone is prepared to pay for them.

I sold a large round last year where the majority was council/ex council for close to 8x the monthly take.

It's about varying factors such as how long the round has been established for, how compact the work is, prices, yeild per hour and most importantly,the relationship you have with teh customer.
All of the above were rock solid with absolutely no messers or difficult payers, they were weeded out over 7 years by myself.

Just for the record,the lads that bought the work have returned it to trad after 5yrs WFP and have added 30% to the round.
