commercial cleaning written contracts
« on: May 15, 2013, 06:47:23 pm »
Hi All

I have canvassed a few commercials lately and I've been given the green light from one once their current contract comes to an end, once this does I'm thinking i need to try and have a written contract in place, where do i go to get a legal document to cover all the basis, I'm assuming these are 12 monthly..? if I'm wrong can somebody put me right please..

Also some have said they cant move as there company only uses vat registered businesses, what is the reason behind this..?

Hi Total
You'll probably find out - as I have - that they have the legal side all covered as they have drawn up the contract :o :o
I have spent hours and hours over 3 months submitting 13 documents including RAMS - Training Policy - Health and Safety Policy - Liability- Public and Employers- Training Records etc.
Just got confirmation today I am now a Qualified Preferred Partner ;D ;D
So....... either my problems are all over or they're just starting :D :D
