[Total shine cleaning services]

as above i had various rounds under description of the area, some are not used any more and have no jobs in them but i cant find a way to delete, any help appreciated

Hi Mate,

I just tried it and it seems to me you need to DELETE ALL or move to another round customer records from that round before the DELETE button is available in the Round Description-Amend tab.

It seems that if that round has ANY details linked to it the DELETE button is not available.
You probably have to either totally DELETE a job or move ALL records to another round.

Try it and see.
