trouble is it goes on an average, i know of a hotel that went national and the local one is now being charged £10k more than before, the area manager says its all about the average, and they are making more savings overall

i would imagine that zizzi will follow sooner or later and  then pizza express will follow suit with the route of a national contractor, there apparently charging £6 per restaurant on all ASK's

try cleaning them for 18-20 years at similar prices then loosing them!
