If you pinch the hose when a custy pays you how do you handle cash at the same time .

Using a tap is the best option imho . Mike
Very easy change is all in one pocket.hose in one hand and get with the other and you have less trouble with your hose as you have no stupid loop.

The loop is annoying - you're right. What I find good with the trigger though is, on maintenance cleans anyway,  the very fine control available - being able to clean the top half of a large window with the water running then turn the water off and scrub the rest of the window then rinse the whole thing, all instantaneous and with both hands on the pole - On long Summer days (If we ever get anyway) it reduces the amount of water used considerably. I used to pinch the hose but haven't been able to get the same control as a trigger. What we need for the loop is a fishing line reel type thing that keeps the pole hose secure - someone needs to invent one, someone in Cornwall perhaps ?

Hi James it will probably only last the morning on first cleans, however in the future 250L will do you a short day.

Ways that you can prolong the tank are

1, Trad the downstairs until you have all the first cleans out the way, this can help on the switch over as well with some fussy customers.

2, Get a water heater, you will use less hot water than cold water and also it's nicer on first cleans.  I noticed you are based in Essex, there's a guy in Basildon called Craig that fits them, he does a good job or you can purchase them off the internet cheaply and DIY.

Hope you enjoy the system, don't get to stressed with it.

Simon.

James, I have a 250l tank and 6 x 25l barrels. I got the 250l for free and although I now have a good round that could easily pay for the upgrade I have a lot of personal debt and just make do for the time being. If you have the chance now though to intercept your order, upgrade your tank to 400l. No way is 250 enough for a full day, especially if you have a flat tank.

Simon.    Good tips here Jim.  Another option is when needed just add another 150 or 250L tank  ;-) Adam
