Its easy,
Get a pair of membrane mounting brackets ( so the membranes sit ontop of each other )
Another housing & a membrane, the waste from the first membrane goes into the feed of the next and so on.
Then all the product pipes from each membrane join in a single product pipe.
Hope that makes sense, if not, look on the Ro-man site & theres a diagram to show you how to do it

depending on what system you have you will more then likely need to change your flow restrictor as well.

Best thing to do is give them a ring mate,  if you have a flow restrictor fitted it will be connected to the waste pipe outlet or it may just be a tap to adjust all depends on how your system is set up.

If the new membrane you buy is the same gpd you will not need to change the flow restrictor.
eg if you already have 2 x 100gpd membranes in, as long as the additional one is 100gpd, you do not need to change the restrictor.

They do 'wear' out so RoMan always recommend you replace them. The restrictor hole will get fractionally bigger so this will change you waste to pure ratio. Its only hard plastic.

For those on a meter the small cost of replacing a restrictor will pay for itself.

In the spraygun industry we used to see worn spray gun air nozzels in the air caps. This occurred even when the air had been filtered and the moisture taken out of it.

There will always be microscopic particles that get through the filters and travelling at speed will cause some abrasion.
