Two lady window cleaners

From my vintage collection is two postcards posted during the 1st WW 1916. They show the women cleaning windows to help with the war effort at home.

 These cards are very rare & an identical one like the one on the right hand side sold at auction in 2011 for £200.00 & was in bad condition unlike mine!

The one on the left look's like a man. I bet he is. Them broken split ladder's look right dodgy too.
