Wagtail - Which one??
« on: March 23, 2013, 09:28:14 pm »
I'm thinking of buying a wagtail which I will use mainly for internal work. Can any experienced waggy users give me an idea of which one to buy? I like the idea of the combi or the one pass, but not sure of the differences. It's for offices mostly and possibly a bit of pole work. Thanks.

neither do I gav, I tried them and hated them, not really like a vice versa though, well some of them are except you can fan the window with a pole, but I can do a better job with straight pulls

I take it you don't think they're any good then?   ;;D
I think I'll borrow one off my in-law first, to see if I think they're decent. I thought they are meant to be easier & quicker on the job?

id say buy either the yellow orbital or blue slimiline , about 14 inch size.

iv about  10 wagtails shared over 4 workers+ me , in all sorts of sizes and i swear by them.        the yellow is my favourite as it just feels so right ,balanced    ,    although i use a blue slimline more often  as its lighter

OK, thanks rob, my brother in law has the yellow one I think, so I'll play around and see what I think of it.

I use a couple of wagtails, the Flipper and the Whirlwind. The Whirlwind has a more agressive microfibre pad.  If I wanted another sqeegee then it would be another Wagtail.
